• No long term commitment; memberships continue month-to-month, until customer freezes or cancels.
• 30 day notice is required for cancellation;  NO cancellation fee
• Enrollment fee of $25 due at sign-up
• Members will recieve a copy of membership agreement for review.
• Payment is processed on the 15th of every month with credit or debit card placed on file; client may pay membership in salon prior to draft date if preferred.
• Memberships may be frozen for $5 per month (maximum of two months) 
• All freezes or cancellations must be processed in salon by signing designated form.
